The gompa (meditation hall) at Dorje Ling Retreat Centre was built using bullock teams led by legendary bullockies Henry Steers and Harold Riley. A log barn was built first as a practice run, then the gompa was built. Illusion Farm’s commune members helped the bullockies in the build.
